MJB Construction Services LLC was founded in 2004 by Matthew Bayley. Matthew spent 15 highly successful years working in Essex and Suffolk in the UK before family ties led to a new venture in Seattle.

Matthew always knew he wanted to work in construction, from an early age helping his dad with remodelling projects and extensions on their family home. A degree in Construction Management at Reading University lead to a role as Project Manager with Kier Group (a major UK construction company). After 10 years with Kier Matthew felt a strong desire to set up his own business.

From 2004 onwards, Matthew built his company and established an excellent reputation and repeat business with many clients. Church restoration and extensions formed a substantial portion of the business. In total MJB Construction worked on over 20 different churches. In addition to churches Matthew regularly undertook extensions and alterations to private residences. Custom built family homes also formed part of the portfolio.

Matthew is renowned for reliability, quality of work and attention to detail. Ten years in project management ensures projects are run efficiently, on time and on budget.
